About

Body positivity has become a hot topic in recent years, and for good reason. Men and women struggle with their self-image, whether they want to be more muscular, leaner, or toned. It doesn’t help that Instagram is filled with gym selfies and social media is awash with attractive influencers. So for many, no matter how hard they work, the reflection in the mirror isn’t good enough.

As a part-time personal trainer and athletic coach, I’ve seen the same thing in others. They come to me ready for a rigorous, butt-busting workout and are upset when it’s a gentle schedule with rest days and a nutrition plan that allows for a cheat day.

You see, body positivity is more than just seeing results and being happy with it — it’s about showing your body the right kind of love. I set this site up to help you along your positive body journey so that you can come out happier, healthier, and with a better understanding of the amazing things your body can do when you show it a little love.
